Susan Feild

Susan Feild is a seasoned UX design professional with extensive experience in leading user experience initiatives. Currently serving as Principal UX Designer at the CFA Institute since February 2016, Susan has spearheaded significant projects such as establishing a new design system, launching the first organizational storefront, and modernizing the learning experience for various credentials and courses. Previous roles include User Experience Designer at CFA Institute, User Experience Learning Strategist at Teachstone, and several positions in web design and development at CaseNEX. Susan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
