Dr. Miquel Noguer i Alonso is an accomplished academic and professional in the fields of finance and applied mathematics. As the Founder of the Artificial Intelligence Finance Institute since October 2018, Dr. Noguer leads initiatives at the intersection of AI and finance. Current roles include serving on the ACM Europe Technology Policy Committee and as a Visiting Scholar at the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences. Additional contributions can be seen in advisory capacities with the FDP Institute and CFA Society New York, and as Deputy Editor for The Journal of Machine Learning for Finance. With a rich educational background including multiple PhDs and an MBA, Dr. Noguer has also held faculty positions at esteemed institutions such as NYU Tandon School of Engineering and Imperial College Business School.
