Patrick Hollingsworth has extensive experience in engineering within the aerospace sector, currently serving as the NPI Engineering Lead and previously as a Process Engineer at CFAN Company since January 2019, focusing on GE Aviation's composite fan blade programs. Prior to this, Patrick worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GE Aviation from June 2014 to January 2019, gaining experience at multiple manufacturing sites across the composites value stream. Patrick started a research career at Thames-Rawlins Research Group, where duties included formulating epoxy-amine blends and performing various analytical tests. Additionally, a summer internship at Kohler Co. in 2013 provided hands-on experience in molding training, quality control, and analysis. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry from The University of Southern Mississippi, awarded in 2014.
