Lauren Earley

Lauren Earley, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at CFBank since August 2020, Lauren provides leadership support to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this role, Lauren managed HR operations for over 100 employees as the Human Resources Manager at Good Night Medical. Additionally, experience includes supervising payroll and onboarding processes at TEKsystems and serving as an office assistant for a Vice President at White Oak Partners. Lauren began a career in healthcare as a Certified Medical Assistant. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix.
