Chance Russell has over seven years of experience in customer service and back office operations, currently serving as a Support Services Representative at CFCU Community Credit Union since February 2016. Responsibilities include executing General Ledger entries, processing account closures, managing ACH transactions, and handling IRA audits and tax reporting as a Certified IRA Specialist I.
