Erica Willsey

Erica Willsey has extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors, currently serving as the Digital Services Coordinator at CFCU since July 2006. In this role, Erica focuses on the development and management of remote banking products, aiming to integrate personalized service with advancing technology to accommodate modern mobile lifestyles. Previously, Erica worked as an Assistant Office Manager at Tops Markets from 1997 to July 2009, where responsibilities included balancing cash drawers, managing daily cash flow, training employees, and assisting customers at the service desk. Erica completed education at Ithaca Senior High from 1992 to 1996.
