Hongjun Song

Hongjun Song is a Principal Engineer at CFD Research Corporation, with a career spanning over a decade in the development of advanced modeling, simulation tools, and optimization algorithms. Expertise includes the design and development of integrated microfluidic and lab-on-a-chip devices, as well as the analysis of micro/nano fluidic transport phenomena. Prior experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore County involved work on dielectrophoretic force, electrokinetic mixing techniques, and bioparticle manipulation. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
