Raymond Fontenot

Raymond Fontenot is a seasoned professional in aerospace engineering with extensive experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and teaching. At CFD Research Corporation, Raymond has held various roles including Group Leader, Senior Research Engineer, and Research Engineer since October 2019. Previous experience includes a decade at Texas A&M University as a Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Graduate Teaching Fellow, where Raymond contributed to significant advancements in numerical accuracy and parallelization of CFD code, mentored students, and taught various aerospace engineering courses. Raymond's academic qualifications include a PhD and a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from McNeese State University.
