Vernon Cole

Vernon Cole is a highly experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Technical Fellow and Director of Energy and Materials Technology at CFD Research Corporation since September 2000, Vernon has held various leadership roles, including Manager of Chemical and Materials Technology and Principal Engineer. Prior experience includes a position as Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola from April 1996 to 2000 and a role as Post-Doctoral Researcher at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1996. Vernon holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida, obtained in 1993, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from Clemson University, completed in 1987.
