Isabelle Mercier

Isabelle Mercier is currently the Secretaire nationale at CFDT, a position held since June 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing matters related to public sector elections and union training. Isabelle has extensive experience in the CFDT, having served as Responsable for CFDT Pays de la Loire since May 2014 and as Responsable at UNION DEPARTEMENTALE CFDT LOIRE ATLANTIQUE from May 2009 to May 2014. Previous roles include Responsable at UNION LOCALE CFDT SAINT NAZAIRE from September 2005 to May 2009 and Educatrice Jeunes Enfants at Mairie de Saint Nazaire from January 1988 to September 2005. Isabelle holds a Master 2 (M2) in Management de projet option stratégie from CESI, completed in October 2023, and a Deug de psycho from Fac de Psychologie, obtained in 1997, alongside a degree as Educateur Jeunes Enfants earned between 1986 and 1988.
