Lydie Nicol

Lydie Nicol is a seasoned union leader with extensive experience in the CFDT. Since June 2018, Lydie serves as Secrétaire nationale confédérale, responsible for youth policies, social integration, anti-discrimination initiatives, and migration policies, while also co-managing the support for union teams and overseeing the development and member services. Lydie's prior roles include Secrétaire générale of CFDT Bretagne and active leadership positions within regional and departmental branches of CFDT. Lydie began their career in labor relations at SA BAI Brittany Ferries, where responsibilities included elected representative roles. Lydie holds a Maitrise in Private Law from Université de Bretagne Occidentale and studied at the Institut des études judiciaires.
