Rafica-Noor R. has extensive experience in various roles related to training, legal expertise, and project management. Currently, Rafica-Noor serves as a Formatrice en Formation communes at Format Dialogue INTEFP since October 2020, focusing on integrating social dialogue and enhancing workplace relationships. Concurrently, Rafica-Noor holds a national mandate at CFDT in Transport and Environment since January 2021 and has been with Air France since January 2001 in roles including project manager for workplace well-being and labor law jurist. Previous experience includes business development at The CERCLE and teaching at Acadomia. Rafica-Noor holds two Master’s degrees in Labor Law/Social and Management/Sustainable Development from Université Paris Nanterre and Esi, respectively, along with a Master 1 in Multimedia Project Management from VISIPLUS academy.
