Anne LARINIER is currently the Responsible for Quality of Life at Work at Hôpital Paris Saint-Joseph, a position held since July 1982, where efforts focus on creating a positive social climate and enhancing working conditions. Previously, Anne held roles including Facilitator of Day/Night Links and Internal Consultant in Healthcare Organization, which involved supporting night management, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional projects. With a long-standing commitment to professional development, Anne serves as a member of the High Council of Continuous Professional Development (DPC) and has held various administrative positions, including National Treasurer of SNPI CFE CGC. Anne LARINIER's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree from Université Paris Dauphine, diplomas in crisis management, and certifications in coaching, hypnosis, and quality care evaluation, demonstrating a robust background in health care and organizational improvement.
