Maddy GILBERT

Maddy Gilbert is currently the Secrétaire nationale confédérale at CFE-CGC, specializing in the transition to a sustainable world, and serves as Vice-President of the Observatoire de la Responsabilité Sociale. Maddy has held various significant roles, including member of the Conseil d'Administration at AURA-EE and advisor at CESER Auvergne Rhône Alpes, from 2018 to 2024. Previously, Maddy worked as a member of the CNEE and held positions in communication and leadership within major energy companies. Maddy's educational background includes studies at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de l'Entreprise, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Economics.
