Valerie van Brabant

Valerie Van Brabant has extensive work experience in human resources and executive roles. Valerie is currently the Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at CFE. Valerie has held various roles within CFE since 2007, including Chief Human Resources Officer and HR Manager. Prior to CFE, Valerie worked as an HR Manager at BPI Real Estate Belgium and CFE Rail and Utility Networks. Valerie also has experience as a Recruitment and Development consultant at CFE and as a Senior Consultant at Robert Walters. Valerie began their career as a Consultant at Robert Half International.

Valerie Van Brabant has a diverse education history. In 2022, they attended INSEAD for a transition to general management program. In 2016-2017, they pursued a Masterclass HRM at Vlerick Business School. Earlier, from 1998 to 2004, Valerie earned a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Ichec Brussels Management School.
