Lauren Cook

Lauren Cook has a diverse work experience in various roles within the steel industry. Lauren started their career in 2006 as a Coordinator of Rebar at Salit Steel and later became a Rebar Sales Representative. In 2011, they joined Team Tube as an Outside Sales Representative, where they were responsible for managing existing clients and prospecting new ones. After working for Team Tube for four years, Lauren joined Premier Recycling Ltd. in 2015 as a Business Development professional, focusing on developing regional awareness and cultivating new clients. Lauren then joined CFF Stainless Steels Inc. in 2016 as a Sales representative, catering to various market segments in Western Canada. Overall, Lauren has a strong background in sales, business development, and relationship management within the steel industry.

Lauren Cook has a diverse educational background. Lauren first attended Durham College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Diploma in Police Foundations. Lauren then pursued further education at Durham College from 2004 to 2005 and earned a Post Diploma in Penology & Youth. In 2005, Lauren Cook enrolled at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Honours, focusing on Criminology. Lastly, in 2010, they attended Niagara College and obtained a Certificate in Reading Construction Blueprints.
