Paul M. has over 10 years of work experience in various industries. Paul started their career as an Inventory Service Manager at Christie Digital Systems, where they worked from 2006 to 2009. Paul then joined U.S. Steel Canada Inc. as a Warehouse Manager in the Materials Management department, from 2010 to 2012. Paul then held managerial roles at Honeywell, first as a Manager at COM DEV International Ltd. from 2012 to 2017, and then as a Materials Manager at Honeywell's Defense & Space business unit from July to December 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Plant Manager at LH Gray & Son Limited. Currently, Paul works as a Plant Operations Manager / Quality at CFF Stainless Steels Inc. since May 2019.

Paul M. has a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain and Operations Management from Conestoga College. Paul also has a certification in Production and Inventory Management from the same college. In addition to their education, Paul has obtained several certifications from BSI, including AU-Management systems Auditing ISO-19011;2018, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification, Quality Management System Auditor (QMSA), and TL - Leading Management Systems Audit Teams ISO 19011;2018. Furthermore, Paul has completed the Manufacturing Leadership Certificate Program (MLCP) in August 2012.
