Jill Lacy

Jill Lacy is an experienced professional in account and operations management, currently serving as both Account Manager and Operations Manager at CFI Workspace, a certified Miller Knoll dealer, since July 2012. In this role, Jill oversees the internal processes to optimize efficiencies and ensure consistency across departments. Prior to CFI, Jill worked at Resource and Design, Inc. from 2006 to 2011, holding positions as Account Manager and Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included sales order management and client service. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Wilkes University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
