Birgitte Refsnes

Birgitte Refsnes is a biologist with significant experience in fish welfare and hygiene, currently working at Cflow Fish Handling AS since February 2017. At Cflow, Birgitte focuses on biological and hygienic design guidelines, staff training, and the development of new equipment to enhance fish welfare and water quality. Prior roles include project management for emergency harvest solutions at Cflow, and locality coordination at SalMar, where responsibilities encompassed documentation and training.
