Philippe Molabu has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Philippe started their career at BNY Mellon in 2005, where they held various roles including Market Expert, Controller Corporate Actions, and Team Leader Corporate Actions. Philippe then worked at Julius Baer as the Head of Corporate Actions & Income and later as the Team Leader Corporate Actions and Income. After that, they joined J.P. Morgan as the Head of Corporate Actions - Associate director and later as the Senior Operations Officer - Associate director. Philippe then worked at BNP Paribas Wealth Management as an Operations Officer. Following that, they had brief stints at HSBC as a Compliance Officer in both Monaco and Geneva. Philippe then joined Deloitte Switzerland as a Senior Consultant in Compliance. Currently, they are working at Indosuez Wealth Management as a Compliance Officer, first in PEP Review, then PEP & High Risk Review, and currently as the Team Leader Middle East & Africa in Relationship Opening & Monitoring.
Philippe Molabu completed a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Compliance in Financial Services from the University of Geneva in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Licence/Master degree in Economics from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Candidatures/Bachelor degree in Economics from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles. Additionally, Philippe has obtained certifications including a Certificate of Banking Compliance from ISFB - Institut Supérieur de Formation Bancaire, a Diplôme de Management et Ressources Humaines from CEFCO - Centre romand en formation continue, and various banking training modules from IFBL Institut.
