Valerie Girouard

Valerie Girouard has extensive work experience in various industries. Valerie began their career as a Stagiaire at Cascades in 2011. Valerie then worked as an Adjointe administrative, Gérante de plancher, and Barmaid at Bar le Liverpool from 2007 to 2012. Valerie then served as a Barmaid at La cage aux sports de Charlesbourg from 2012 to 2013, and as a Bartender at Kosta's Restaurant & Bar in 2013. Valerie later joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Branch Manager from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on employee development, market growth, and cost control. Valerie then worked at Enterprise Holdings as an Area Manager from 2016 to 2018.

Valerie's experience in the automation industry began in 2018 when they joined CFM Robotics. Valerie'sroles at CFM Robotics include Directrice au Développement des Affaires, where they specialized in turnkey projects and had expertise in machine tending, assembly, cutting, and material application. In 2019, Valerie became a Business Development Manager at DIY-Robotics, a company that focused on developing affordable robotic solutions. Valerie is currently the Vice President at both CFM Robotics and DIY-Robotics.

Valerie Girouard completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations (24 credits - reorientation) from Université Laval from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Business Management at Cégep de Sherbrooke from 2008 to 2011, earning a technical diploma. Valerie also pursued an Exploration Théâtrale program at Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe from 2006 to 2008, although the specific degree obtained is unknown.
