Shane Pajl

Shane Pajl is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Sales Support Coordinator at CFMOTO Powersports Inc since August 2023. Previously, Shane held the role of Customer Service/Recon Manager at Jeff Belzer's Auto Group from September 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing used vehicles, accessories, and technician workflow. Shane’s earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Farm Maintenance Manager at Pajl Farms, where management of daily tasks for seasonal workers and hands-on maintenance were key roles. Additional experience includes positions as a Customer Service Advisor at Baxter Auto and FRONTIER MOTORS AUTOMOTIVE GROUP INC, along with leadership as Head Baseball Coach for the Winner Baseball Association. Shane holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from South Dakota State University.
