Lou Magallón

Lou Magallón is an accomplished mortgage professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as the Owner and Host of SF Bay Area Mortgage Minute since June 2024, and as a Senior Mortgage Loan Advisor at Cornerstone First Mortgage, LLC since January 2024. Previously, Lou worked as a Private Mortgage Banker at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage from January 2012 to June 2023, along with roles as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the San Francisco Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from June 2010 to January 2013, and as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at GMAC Mortgage from November 2010 to January 2012. From January 2000 to October 2010, Lou was the President and CEO of Valencia Financial, overseeing the founding and operations of a mortgage brokerage. Early career experience includes serving as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo from September 1995 to December 1999. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego.
