Currently serving as a Partner and Associate Consultant at CFN Consultants since October 2023, Colin has previously held significant roles within the Department of National Defence, including Deputy Commander of the Royal Canadian Air Force, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and contributing to strategic initiatives. Colin was also Commander of Joint Task Force Impact, overseeing Canada's military operations in the Middle East. Additional leadership positions include various director roles focused on air and space force development, training, and operational readiness within the Royal Canadian Air Force. Colin's educational background encompasses advanced studies in Military and Strategic Leadership at the Royal College of Defence Studies, a Master's in Defence Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada, and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Manitoba.
