Rimshan R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. The most recent position held was with CFO Plans, where Rimshan worked as the Vice President - Systems & Team Operations. In this role, Rimshan collaborated with senior management to develop strategic initiatives and long-term goals, maintained access to company systems, and oversaw the hiring of talented professionals to strengthen the service team. Prior to this, Rimshan worked as a Manager - Systems and Service Team Operations at CFO Plans. Before joining CFO Plans, Rimshan served as a Senior Accountant at JBK Security Equipment / Spectra Global School from 2015 to 2021. Rimshan also worked as an Assistant Manager - Financial Operations at WNS Global Services from 2013 to 2015, as a Senior Executive at Flemingo Duty Free (Pvt) Limited from 2011 to 2013, and as an Executive - Finance at Amana Takaful PLC from 2009 to 2011.

Rimshan R. attended Kingston College International from 1993 to 2003, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. In addition to their formal education, Rimshan R. obtained several certifications in various fields. They became a Chartered Management Accountant in December 2021 through the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (CMA). In August 2021, Rimshan R. achieved the title of Chartered Professional Manager from The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka. Furthermore, Rimshan R. obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from CPA Australia in October 2020. In August 2020, Rimshan R. became an Associate of Chartered Management Accountants through The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Finally, Rimshan R. also attained the title of Chartered Global Management Accountant in August 2020, also from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
