Jen Girard

Jen Girard is an experienced business development professional with a focus on finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Business Development Director at CFO Selections since May 2021, Jen leads initiatives to provide high-caliber financial expertise to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to this role, Jen held a Business Development Director position at BDO USA, LLP, contributing to one of the largest global accounting firms. As the Founder and Principal of Orion Resources Executive Recruiting from 2014 to 2019, Jen developed innovative methodologies for addressing human capital challenges. Additional experience includes roles at Tatum LLC, where Jen managed the Controller Services Practice, and various positions at Orion Resources Executive Recruiting, Ajilon Finance Solutions, and Deloitte. Jen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from Rocky Mountain College.
