Laura Pavalis

Laura Pavalis has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Laura worked at CFO Systems LLC as a Director in Human Resources consulting, where they focused on various aspects such as benefits, compensation, recruitment, policy development, and leadership development. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Benefits and Compensation at Visiting Nurse Association of the Midlands, where they led the selection, implementation, and management of benefit plans and developed innovative compensation programs. Laura also worked as an Office Manager at Snelling Personnel and as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at NP Dodge Real Estate. In earlier roles, they worked at Mutual of Omaha in the Tele-Trip division and as a Manager responsible for foreign currency exchange booths and licensing of agents. Laura was also the Director of Administration at Aquila Energy, where they handled benefits, compensation, employee relations, risk management, and real estate management. Finally, they served as an Office Manager at Mutual of New York (MONY).

Laura Pavalis attended Waldorf University from 1974 to 1976, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities. Laura then went on to attend Augustana University (SD) from 1976 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Business.
