Oleksii Vinogradov

Oleksii Vinogradov is the Co-Founder and CEO of CFC Wallet, a cryptocurrency wallet company. Oleksii is also the Founder of OpenBiSea, a marine biology research company, and the Founder of Heartln Inc, a remote cardiology diagnosis company. Oleksii has over 23 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and has been the President/Owner of IXC Softswitch since 1999. Oleksii is originally from Ukraine, but has representative offices and affiliate companies located in Russia, Greece, and the USA.

Oleksii Vinogradov has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Odessa National Polytechnic University and various certificates from Coursera in the Healthcare Marketplace, Deep Learning Specialization, Sequence Models, Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, and Neural Networks and Deep Learning.
