Floor Oosterlee is an experienced professional specializing in sustainable development and ESG risks, currently serving as the Sustainable Development Lead - Voluntary Carbon at CFP Energy since March 2023. Oosterlee co-founded In Your Shoes in November 2022, focusing on enhancing inclusion and belonging within teams through innovative tools and workshops. With a background as an Independent Consultant since June 2021, Oosterlee provides expertise in the voluntary carbon market and nature-based solutions. Previously, Oosterlee worked at Calyx Global as an SDG & GHG Consultant and held roles at Shell, Stichting NL Cares, and Rijksoverheid. Oosterlee holds an Executive MBA in Sustainability & Responsible Leadership from Maastricht University and multiple advanced degrees in European Studies, History of International Affairs, and Business Administration from various institutions.
