Carlos Cámara Diez has extensive work experience in HR management consulting, executive search, coaching, and organizational development. Carlos worked as a Socio Director at KALEIDA,S.A. from 2001 onwards, leading a team of consultants in various projects such as talent acquisition, skills development, and organizational climate studies. Carlos also served as the Managing Director of Kaleida Search and Development at CFR Global Executive Search from 2008 onwards, managing cooperation between CFR and its Spanish branch and attending conferences and training programs worldwide. Additionally, Carlos worked as a Professor of HR Management at EBS Centro Universitario Villanueva from 2001 to 2015, and held managerial roles at Konsac Group, Zurich en España, Capio Hospital General de Catalunya, and Matutano (PepsiCo Foods) in the past.
Carlos Cámara Diez completed their education with a Licenciatura in Psychology from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca. Carlos further pursued Executive Education at IESE Business School, earning a PDD degree. Recently, in 2018-2019, Carlos attended IESE Business School again to complete the Programa Alta Dirección de Empresas (PADE).
