Rašo Pazarkić

Rašo Pazarkić has a strong background in executive search and management. Rašo is currently the Chief Executive Officer of CFR Global Executive Search, a position they have held since November 2020. In addition, they are the Founder and managing partner of CFR Executive Search Serbia, where they provide executive search and assessment centers services in Serbia and the region. Rašo has also served as the Regional Manager for EMEA and the Global leader for the Food & Agriculture Industry Group at CFR Global Executive Search.

Prior to their role at CFR Global Executive Search, Pazarkić worked at Human Capital Solutions Executive Search as the General Manager for Serbia, where they focused on executive search and selection in the Balkan region. Before that, they held the position of Commercial Director at AGROCOOP EXPORT IMPORT doo, where they managed procurement activities, distribution, and sales of agricultural products. Rašo was also involved in project management and HR management at Profil HRM and worked as a Terrain Development Manager at Pepsi Cola - Dobanovci, Serbia.

Earlier in their career, Pazarkić served as the General Manager at Chinatown Restaurants in Lagos West Africa.
