Jessica Contreras

Jessica Contreras is a highly experienced professional in the field of training and instructional design, currently serving as a Commercial Systems Trainer at CFS Brands since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Love's Travel Stops, initially as a Training Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the development of training for a new Workforce Management system affecting 30,000 employees and serving as Project Manager for Learning and Development team projects. Jessica later advanced to the position of Learning Projects Lead, providing mentorship and leadership to the team. Additionally, as an Instructional Design Specialist at ECS Federal, LLC, Jessica developed instructional materials for the United States Postal Service’s 500,000 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the same institution.
