Mara Guerrero

Mara Guerrero, PHR, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at CFS Brands since September 2020, where dedicated leadership strengthens the HR management team and enhances support for 1,200 employees across the U.S. Previously, Mara held roles at Puma Energy and Cardinal Health, managing employee relations and providing strategic HR support for over 230 and 200 employees, respectively. With a foundation in HR recruitment and consulting, Mara's career began as an HR Consultant at IKON Group and an HR Talent Professional at Brenda Marrero & Associate. Mara holds a BA in Marketing and Human Resources from the Universidad de Puerto Rico.
