Cynnie King is the Co-Founder of CFW Changing the Conversation, where Cynnie focuses on advancing women in business through various programs. Cynnie is also the CEO & Co-Owner of CFW Careers, a talent development and career coaching firm. With past experience as the Vice President at WJM Associates and in new business development at O+CO, Cynnie brings a wealth of expertise in executive coaching and brand consultancy. Additionally, their roles as Managing Director at Gianninoto Associates and Business Development Director at Plumb Pearson Inc. demonstrate their strong background in package design and brand identity. Cynnie holds a B.A. in English from Colby College and has a wealth of experience in the business world.
