Scott Hiipakka currently serves as the President and COO of CG Financial Services and the Commanding General of the 46th Military Police Command in the Army National Guard. With extensive military experience, including roles as Commanding General of Joint Task Force Guantanamo and Assistant Adjutant General, Scott has overseen significant operations and training for military personnel. In addition to military leadership, Scott has held key positions in economic development as CEO of the Michigan Israel Business Accelerator and served as Executive Director of the Office of Performance & Transformation for the State of Michigan. Academic achievements include a Master's in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and a Master's in Homeland Security from Penn State University.
