Curt Follman

Curt Follman has extensive experience in the health and wellness industry, currently serving as Business Owner, Vice President, and Director of Business Development at CG Marketing Group since February 2020. Previously, Curt owned CrossFit Eden Prairie for over seven years, navigating the small business landscape alongside a partner. Prior roles include Health Advocate and Telephonic Wellness Coach at OptumHealth, where leadership selected Curt to promote wellness coaching services, and Personal Trainer at Steele Fitness. Earlier positions include Fitness Specialist/Intern at Aspen Cancer Survivor Center and Supervisor/Personal Trainer at Wallman Wellness Center. Curt holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from North Dakota State University.
