Amrita Oza

Amrita Oza, CIA, CA, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of SOX Compliance at CG Oncology since May 2025. With over 15 years of experience in internal audit and SOX compliance, Oza has held significant roles at various organizations, including Senior Manager of Internal Audit & SOX Compliance at SOAProjects, Inc. from October 2019 to March 2025, and SOX Manager at ServiceNow from December 2018 to September 2019. Oza's career includes positions as a Senior Internal Auditor at Viavi Solutions and LSI, an Avago Technologies Company, as well as experience at Deloitte and Honeywell Automation (India) Ltd. Oza holds a Certified Internal Auditor designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors and a Chartered Accountant degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
