Lusine Stepanyan is a consultant with the Climate Change team at CGAP since May 2022 and serves as a podcast host for the Soulful Entrepreneur Podcast starting February 2024. Previously, Lusine held the role of Climate and Gender Youth Advisor at UNICEF for a brief period in early 2023 and worked as a consultant for The World Bank from 2020 until May 2022. Additional experience includes a position with the United Nations Capital Development Fund focusing on partnerships, policy, and communications, and being a Duke Accelerator Program Fellow at the Duke Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative. Lusine co-founded and managed Train Language School from 2015 to 2020 and served as the Director of Marketing for Duke Interdisciplinary Social Innovators. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Development Policy from Duke University, focused on entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as other degrees in business administration and foreign languages.
