Thales Pereira de Sousa is an administrative assistant at CGB ENERGIA since July 2022, responsible for managing service divisions related to cuts and reconnections, focusing on maximizing productivity and minimizing travel for agents. Thales also served as a customer support representative at Bitnode Consultoria from January 2021 to July 2021, handling server maintenance and cryptocurrency mining plan sales. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering at Anhanguera Educacional, Thales holds a technical degree in Computer Science from IFSUL and completed high school at EMEF Nossa Senhora de Lourdes.
