Erin Condon

Erin Condon has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Erin currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Inclusion, and Culture at CGB Enterprises, Inc. and as the Managing Director at First Captivate, a professional development team. Previously, they held roles as the National Manager of Marketing Solutions at Diversified Crop Insurance Services and Chief of Sales and Marketing, Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Marketing Manager at AgriLogic Insurance Services. Erin also worked as a Senior Education Specialist and Development Officer at the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center and as an Executive Client Manager at IBM.

Erin Condon has a diverse education history. From 2001 to 2006, they attended the University of Notre Dame, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology. In 2016 and 2017, Erin pursued further education by completing the Core of Credential Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online, focusing on Finance, Accounting, and Analytics. Additionally, in June 2017, they obtained the Insurance Agent certification for Health, Property, and Casualty from the Texas Department of Insurance.
