Erno Palla has a diverse background in finance with extensive experience in fixed income and credit structuring, particularly in the Latin American market. Starting a career at Morgan Stanley as an Associate from June 2004 to November 2007, Palla then held the position of Vice President at Bear Stearns and Deutsche Bank, focusing on fixed income structuring and credit structuring, respectively. After working at Citi as Vice President, Palla co-founded LENDSUM and served there from August 2013 to January 2021. Currently, Palla is the Head of Private Credit and Co-Portfolio Manager at Compass Group, a role held since February 2021. Palla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Brown University between 2000 and 2004.
