Natalia Rijo has over 15 years of work experience. Natalia started their career at Discount Bank as an Analyst in 2005 and worked there until 2009. Natalia then joined IBM Global Process Services as an SME at the Foreign Securities Department, where they worked until 2011. In the same year, they joined Compass Group as the Head of Intermediaries Business Support. Recently, Natalia has taken on a new role as the Head of Business Operations at Compass Group, starting in August 2020.
Natalia Rijo holds a Licentiate degree in Economics from the Universidad de la República, which they completed from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma de Especialización en Finanzas at the Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2015 to 2016.
