Chrisna Joy

Chrisna Joy is currently the Manager Learning & Development Cluster at CGH Earth. Prior to this, they held positions such as Learning & Development Manager at Taj Hotels and Learning Manager at Crowne Plaza Kochi. They have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management. Their experience also includes roles as an Assistant Professor and Trainer at various institutions.
