Mihai-Asraf Stepan

Mihai-Asraf Stepan has over 16 years of work experience in the risk management sector. Mihai-Asraf is currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer at CGI Finance, a subsidiary of Société Générale. Prior to their current position, they worked at Société Générale as a Risk Management Supervisor in the Retail division from 2016 to 2020. Before that, they held the position of Head of Control & Measurement Department (RISK) at BRD - Groupe Société Générale from 2013 to 2016. Mihai-Asraf Stepan started their career at Société Générale in 2009, where they served as a Team leader from 2010 to 2013 and as a Senior credit risk models developer from 2009 to 2010. Mihai-Asraf also worked at BRD - Groupe Société Générale as a Senior risk analyst (Basel II) from 2008 to 2009 and as a Senior marketing analyst from 2004 to 2007.

Mihai-Asraf Stepan completed a Master's degree in Marketing at Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they obtained another Master's degree in Statistics & econometrics from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. Mihai-Asraf also attended Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 1997 to 2002, majoring in Statistics.
