David Israel

David Israel has extensive experience in consulting and quality assurance within the IT sector, currently serving as Director of Consulting Services at CGI since June 2021. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Broadridge and served as Director of the Testing Practice at Capgemini. David's career also includes key leadership roles at The Hartford, PEMCO Insurance, and Progressive Insurance, where responsibilities ranged from managing quality assurance teams to overseeing production operations and customer service units. David holds a BA from Cornell University and an MA from Kent State University.
