Merle Pfeiffer

Merle Pfeiffer is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist and Lead Consultant at CGI since June 2025, focusing on recruitment for the SUB BU Northwest in Hamburg and Bremen. Prior to this role, Merle worked at IPG Mediabrands from December 2023 to May 2025 as a Mental Health Champion and a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, along with serving as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Merle gained additional experience as an Executive Search Intern for the HR-Practice at Egon Zehnder from April to November 2023. Educationally, Merle obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and Entrepreneurship with a focus on Wirtschaftspsychologie from Leuphana University of Lüneburg between August 2019 and September 2023. Involved in student consultancy at Contact & Cooperation Lüneburg e.V. from November 2019 to March 2023, Merle also completed an internship in tourism and app development at isquarei Sports Company in late 2018.
