Michelle Light, PHR, CDF, boasts over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development and HR Business Partner at CGI since April 2010. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of HR Manager at Visa from June 2005 to January 2010, where responsibilities included serving as the HR site leader for Visa’s Virginia location and providing generalist support for various divisions. Michelle's earlier experience includes a role as HR Manager at Medtronic from 1998 to 2005, as well as an HR internship at Allied Signal in 1997. Academically, Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Michigan.
