Taina Kolehmainen

Taina Kolehmainen is a change management enthusiast and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with extensive experience in social and healthcare ICT. Currently, Taina serves as a Director Consulting Expert at CGI and as a Business Owner and Consultant at Ihana Consulting, specializing in infant and child sleep. Taina has previously held roles such as Lead Consultant at 2M-IT Oy, Project Manager at Mawell Oy, and Deployment Project Manager at Accenture. Taina is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Management of Social and Health Services and Business at Turku University of Applied Sciences, having previously earned a BBA in SME business management from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences.
