Tina MacKenzie

Tina MacKenzie is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across a variety of industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Talent Acquisition at CGI since June 2022, Tina is focused on recruiting for numerous opportunities nationwide. Previous roles include Senior Direct Hire Recruiter at Swoon and Talent Acquisition Partner at PKR, where Tina specialized in niche recruitments and developed effective sourcing strategies. Tina’s earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Internships and Employer Engagement at Elizabethtown College, as well as multiple HR roles at The Hershey Company and Mobil Oil Corporation. Tina holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
