Tom Stanford

Tom Stanford is an experienced Lead UX Designer and Strategist at CGI, with a strong background in user experience design and product management. Prior roles include Director at TCStanford Ltd and Senior User Experience Designer at Qinetiq Training & Simulation Ltd, where Tom led the UX redesign of a critical wargame and simulation. Previous positions also encompass Head of Product Design at Track24 and various roles within the Royal Navy, where Tom developed leadership and project management skills. Tom's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Anthropology of Conflict, Violence and Conciliation from the University of Sussex and immersive UX Design training from General Assembly, complemented by additional qualifications in Human Resource Development and Post Compulsory Education.
